A park is not a list of locations, it is something guests walk through. Here are the six moments of an operating day, from the ticket window to the break room — the sixth one switches to the operator side, because the same platform serves guests and team members.

1. Arrival

The ticket windows open and a line forms. Call screens show which window takes the next guest, list the ticket options and the access conditions, and announce the first parade. Waiting turns into information time.

2. First landmark

Past the turnstiles, the question is always the same: where do we start? A kiosk carries the park map, the wait time for every ride and the showtimes. Guests make a call, and the crowd spreads out.

3. At the ride

At the head of the queue line, the screen posts the wait, the height and age requirement and the health restrictions. Nobody gets turned away at the loading platform, and ride operators stop repeating the same sentence.

4. Lunch break

At the counter and in the dining room, the menu shows its prices and its allergen information. An item sells out? The kitchen pulls it off the screen. The next service takes over on its own, at the scheduled time.

An announced line feels shorter than a silent one: guests know what they are in for, and they make a call. Posted at the head of the queue and on the park map, wait times also spread the crowd toward the rides that are running empty.

A scenario built ahead of time, triggered in one tap

The day something happens, nobody has time to write a message screen by screen. Scenarios are built calmly, once: on the day, a manager triggers one from a phone and every screen concerned switches together.

Ride down

A ride stops: its queue screen posts the estimated reopening, the park map flags it, and the totems point guests to the rides next door.

Storm cell

Outdoor rides close. One scenario switches every screen in the area, points to indoor spaces and pushes the instruction to the crew.

End of day

At the scheduled time, screens move to last rides, shuttle times and store closing — with nobody having to remember.

Peak crowds

When an area saturates, screens feature the rides and food outlets that are running quiet. The crowd spreads out with no crew intervention in the field.

Season and events

Halloween, the holidays, a late-night event: each period has its own programming, built ahead and triggered automatically on the date you set.

Emergency message

In most cases, yes. EMITY supports every manufacturer: an E-BOX player plugs in behind an existing screen, and on a screen that is already connected (Android, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS) the E-SOFT app installs directly. Taking over a fleet installed by another vendor is possible too.
